1. Nature of Product

All products offered by Mayurpankh Invitations are digital services and files only.

No physical product will be shipped.

2. Delivery Policy

Delivery Method:

Final invitation files will be delivered via:

• Email
• WhatsApp
• Download link (if applicable)

Delivery Timeline:

Standard delivery time will be communicated at the time of order.

Typically, delivery depends on:

• Design complexity
• Timely sharing of content (names, dates, details, etc.)
• Number of revisions requested

Delays:

Delivery may be delayed if:

• Required information is not provided on time
• There is a delay in approval or feedback from the client
• Unexpected technical issues occur

3. Revision & Approval

Initial draft will be shared for review.

Only text revisions are allowed. No layout, font, element changes will be done.

Final files will be delivered only after:

• Client approval
• Full payment completion

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital product services:

No Refunds

• No refunds will be provided once:
• The design process has started
• Initial concepts/drafts have been shared

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if the order is canceled before any work has started.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before the design process begins
• Once work has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted

6. Non-Delivery Situations

We are not responsible for non-delivery in cases where:

• Incorrect email or contact details are provided
• Emails go to spam/junk folders
• Client is unresponsive for a long duration

7. Quality Assurance

We strive to deliver high-quality designs as per your requirements. However:

• Minor variations in color or appearance may occur depending on device/screens
• It is the client’s responsibility to review all details before final approval
